Once a month, on the first Monday of every month (except major holidays), the Western Amateur Radio Association holds its general meeting at the Sizzler Restaurant on Harbor by Brea Blvd., north of the Courthouse on the left-hand side of the road. The meetings start at 7:30pm in the meeting room, but you should show up about an hour early if you would also like to get some food. Meetings generally consist of a speaker who talks about a topic related to Ham radio, a raffle, and various announcements. All visitors are welcome and encouraged to come; we would love to meet you and introduce you to the club.
