WARA Repeater

The N6ME repeater covers the North Orange County area, parts of the Inland Empire, Los Angeles County, and North San Diego County. The repeater offers a closed auto-patch system to WARA members.

The N6ME repeater is an open linked repeater system which can be found on these frequencies/offsets/PLs:

Band Output Input Offset PL Tone
6 Meters* 51.74 MHz 51.24 MHz -500 KHz 103.5 Hz
2 Meters 145.400 MHz 144.800 MHz -600 KHz 103.5 Hz
1.25 Meters* 224.180 MHz 222.580 MHz -1.6 MHz 103.5 Hz

*NOTE: The 220 and 6-meter systems are currently offline. The 220 system has served us well over the years but is in current need of a complete replacement of hardware. We will be seeking donations from the club to replace the old equipment. The 6-meter transmitter is up and running and we are waiting to receive the 6-meter receiver back from the shop. Nothing happens fast unless you have a big checkbook and YOUR help will go a long way to speeding up the process!

Weekly Net

Every Wednesday at 8:00pm, WARA holds their weekly net. All members, visitors, and guests are welcome to check in. The net is held on the N6ME repeater. Immediately following the net, Newsline is played over the air on all three repeaters.
